Application for membership should be made on the prescribed form and must be proposed and subscribed by existing member of equivalent or higher category. Affiliates and Students are not eligible to propose or second an application.

Duly attested copies of documents must accompany the applications and evidence showing that applicant fulfills the conditions prescribed for the class of membership sought by him. The admission fee and annual subscription are as follows:

a) Application for membership must be accompanied by admission fee and an annual/life subscription.

b) Applicants must submit completed application form to the nearest CSP Chapter Office. International applications must be mailed/couriered to the CSP Head Office address in Karachi

c) If an application is refused, money remitted with the application will be refunded.

d) Admission fee is payable on first entry into a particular class of membership while annual subscription is payable annually falling due on July 1st of every year. Alternatively, Life membership may also be taken out on a one time basis.
