ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2009 |

The Annual General Meeting of the Computer Society of Pakistan will be held on
October 27, 2009 at 6pm. The venue will be CSP Head Office, 3rd Floor, SASI Arcade,
Main Clifton Road, Karachi. The following business is to be conducted.
1. Tilawat e Quran
2. To confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
3. Report by the CSP chairman
4. To receive and approve the accounts of the Society
5. Appointment of Auditors for the next term
6. Submission of recommendations by CERC(CSP Election Resolution Committee)
7. Discussion and Approval of recommendations by CERC
8. Any other matter with the permission of the chair
